Generally Accepted Accounting Principle number 'something' states that under the Going Concern Principle, the indefinite operation of the business must be assumed long enough for all resources to be used.I guess that principle holds true for all SOM students or all students who need to take up this God forsaken subject. Students assume the indefinite difficulty of this subject long enough for all the succeeding students to experience its bullshit-ness. I know that the 'accounting scare' must be anticipated once you learn you're taking that subject, but I don't know-- baka praning lang talaga ako. I've not been deaf to the horror stories about accounting and those may be the reason why I give myself added fright to this subject. I still don't get why processes that require only MDAS (x,/,+,-) presumably give an idea that they're more difficult than those mathematical processes that have, for example, functions and variables. Ganito nalang gagawin ko-- MAG AARAL. Haha. Woe is me. |
