Law joke: Negligence

What do you call two parties, respectively, bound by a contract with negligence?
Answer: Negligor and Negligee :D

It was hilarious when those words were uttered during class, but when I shared the joke to some of my friends who were taking law, they gave me a blank stare :|

I found this layout on the related skins thingy on my blogskins account. I gave the layout a long stare when I previewed it because it looked sooo familiar. Then I remembered, someone had already used this hahaha. I'm not sure if it was Nix or Kia or someone else. Basta I'm sure someone used it na.
