It's as easy as searching it for yourselves-- That's how you do a task. When one is assigned to do something, there won't always be steps tediously spelled out and listed for you. No one will always be there to assure that you didn't miss anything during an instance that you happened to be busy doing something else. It's all about initiative-- standing on your own two feet. It's NEVER about taking the easy way out. 'Cause really, people who live on taking the easiest path more or less shrink to pathetic inexistence in the real world. I'm not saying that you should know what to do all the time and that you musn't ask when you are at a total loss of what to do-- That's totally different. That right there is simply a case of selfishness. Selfish existence isn't my point. My point here is learning what to do for yourself without heavy reliance on extra feet and knowing the consequences of any "lazy-bum" acts that you pull.Your boss asks you to read something but you can't find it. Your boss ending up supplying you with the actual material just looks so... Sad. And all you had to do was whine about it not being there. Hey man, I found it and all I had to do was just look in the cabinets. Mga tamad. |
