Danielle Marie Eleazar: a hardworking yet magnanimous student, an outspoken yet reasonable person, and a gentle yet admirable spirit – she knows no bounds, being dedicated to any kind of goals set and accomplishes them swiftly which makes her acknowledgeable in more ways than one. As a student, consistency and dedication are the two things that Dani holds in her two hands. Whether it would be a project of epic proportions or a simple surprise quiz, she knows how to get it together and still pull it off. Anyone who knows Dani as the worker can truly agree that she wastes no time in fulfilling her given tasks and assignments and makes sure that everyone in her team, meetings and functions altogether get the most out of these activities. If everything can be said with one word that she does so well, that would be to “prioritize” – a big, big word that goes a long way especially with responsibilities that she holds. “Do a little more each day than you think you possibly can.” – Lowell Thomas Dani, without much effort, indeed does a little more each day. Not only when she works but also does it well with her relationships with her friends. Being the loyal, ever-so funny and go-to friend, the times spent went her are always fruitful and very meaningful. You can tell her anything and even have a pinky-swear promise which will never be broken – that’s how good a friend she is. She can be hilarious and be witty at the same, she can be serious but actually giggling so loud inside and she can be understanding and be strict at the same time too. She never judges anyone and accepts her friends for who they really are. To quote Elbert Hubbard, “Your friend is the man who knows all about you, and still likes you.” All of which makes her personality stand out and attract anyone near her. With regard to school spirit, among the thousands of Ateneans out there, Dani’s one who would shout out “ONE BIG FIGHT!” and will not falter despite having other schools shouting otherwise in UAAP games or even in public. She does her school well and makes the big ADMU proud not only through academics but extra-curricular activities as well. Busyness can be quite an obstacle for anyone but not for her because she makes it count and downright makes what she wants happen. Assign her a trivial and tedious task, she takes up the challenge and gets the better end of the stick by producing satisfying results. Being a project head, an event head, or a co-member in a product line, she just knows the thing to do and what’s great about it all is that she knows how to balance her time – there may be a lot of stress, worrying and arguments involved but nevertheless she can still manage and takes up even more roles. Furthermore, being such a busybody, Dani still makes sure that she has time for those whom she cares for. She goes with spontaneity and planned get-togethers. She’s not picky and just “goes with the flow” – may it be an intimate movie date or a tryout in a restaurant she’s never eaten in before. She may not look like it but she enjoys the simple things in life like pancit palabok, charmed bracelets, toy key chains, playing cards, and more. It can be said that it is quite easy to make her smile anytime in day. She loves to laugh, likes dry humor and likes to make goofy poses in pictures -- which are just some of the components of a happy person. Her being ecstatic just gives the same amount of being such to other people and that’s why there’s literally never a dull moment with her. Dani also goes by a lot of nicknames as addressed by her friends, relatives and loved ones. Sometimes she goes with either: “Dani bani, Dani boy, Danikins, Dani babes, Daniburr or even dani California”. Each one most probably celebrates her “Dani-ness” during her college life in Ateneo. As the student, the friend, the hard worker, and the special one among special ones, equipped with her skills and attitude – Just like a prism, once hit by light, is able to display spectral colors: she’ll have that effect on the world, assuring her very bright future. |
